We are a sports consulting and management company based in both New York and Taiwan. Our founder Fran Lin says, "Success in sports opened the gateway to the world for me, and I hope to help athletes and individuals interested in the sports industry to open this door, to be seen by the world, and to have more opportunities." That's why we named the company GATE. Our mission is to open the gateway to the world for our clients through sports, dedicated to providing the best services to athletes and teams from all around the world, and we are a brand born for "those who love sports."

Fran Lin｜Founder
Sports Business, New York University
As a former basketball athlete, Fran built a strong network within Taiwan's sports industry and gained firsthand experience of the challenges athletes face during their academic journey. When she decided to no longer pursue basketball as a career, her passion for the sport and the sports industry remained strong. Determined to continue contributing to the sports industry, Fran chose a different path and decided to further her education abroad.
While studying and working in New York, Fran accumulated a wealth of sports resources, which led her to establish GATE Sports Agency in 2019. Continuously integrating the resources available in the United States, she aimed to provide Asian athletes and teams with more open and transparent channels to connect with American professional and collegiate sports. Simultaneously, Fran began assisting some American teams, organizations, and coaches in exploring the Asian market, facilitating the exchange of ideas and fostering new perspectives.
Fran's goal is to become a global sports agent, building bridges between the Asian and American sports industries. By using sports as a platform, GATE aims to open doors to the world for its clients. This vision aligns with the core vision of GATE Sports Agency as a global sports consulting and management company.
Jenny Lu｜Business Development Manager
Business Administration, Chung Yuan Christian University
After graduating, Jenny entered the fashion industry, working in digital marketing for VOGUE&GQ. She specialized in social media and content marketing. Because of her passion for sports, she occasionally helped with events and worked as a sports photographer during her free time. After a year, Jenny realized her true love for sports and returned to the sports industry, organizing various basketball events at a sports marketing company, including tournaments for elementary, junior high, and community teams.
In pursuit of a deeper understanding of student basketball, Jenny joined the event management department at CHOXUE. There, she planned High School Basketball League (HBL) tournaments and built excellent relationships with schools and teams.
Now as the business development manager at GATE Sports Agency, Jenny is responsible for coordinating and executing projects both domestically and internationally. Also, she assists with brand marketing and managing social media to enhance GATE’s presence. Through project collaborations, her aim is to support Taiwanese athletes and drive growth in the sports industry in Taiwan.
Yvonne Wu｜Design Director
MFA of Illustration, Academy of Art University
Yvonne holds a Master's degree in Illustration. She is a dedicated freelance illustrator and graphic designer. Since 2019, Yvonne has been collaborating with GATE Sports Agency on a long-term basis and officially joined as the Design Director in 2020.
Currently, Yvonne assists numerous brands, schools, teams, athletes, and more in establishing their brand identity with services ranging from logo design, overall visual branding for sports teams, social media layout designs, mascot design, merchandise design, custom illustrations, illustration licensing, IP design, publications, and more.
Jaylin Lin
Video Production Editor
Responsible for managing GATE's YouTube channel and the channel "牛排幾分熟." In charge of video content creation and production, documenting events and competitions involving athletes under the company's management.
Bonnie Wang
Content Editor.
Responsible for writing GATE's column articles, and planning themes to establish a systematic and comprehensive knowledge base.
Winnie Hong
Social Media Editor | Graphic Designer.
Responsible for GATE's social media marketing, focusing on online promotion to aid in the promotion of various projects. Also, serving as a graphic designer, presenting information in a visual and chart-based format.
